Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Premium membership. CELPIPReady offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if Premium isn't right for you, request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

On the web, payments are processed by Stripe and refunds are returned to your original payment method. On iOS, purchases are billed by Apple and refunds are requested through Apple's report-a-problem flow.
